when the bank says they will happily lend me money for a house.
But that’s because I’m the only one whose name will be on the title.
And while I am excited about the idea of a house, and I’m looking forward to not sharing walls anymore, I didn’t really think I would do this alone.

Oh, but yea! You get to buy a house…with the market the way it is…and you will probably get a GREAT deal because of the market being the way it is…yea!!! And, maybe, just maybe, you will find someone to share it with…maybe 🙂
